Each item is made to order which means we do not accept cancellations or refunds.

Any mistakes or issues identified must be communicated to us via email within 3 business days of delivery.

If an item is returned for a wrong address, insufficient address, return to sender etc. the buyer will be responsible for paying the reship fee. No refunds will be issued.

Please keep in mind all items are unisex sizing unless otherwise noted.

Please be advised: All sublimation images are 8.5x11 inches, please note this for sizing

Local Pick Up: Notification of orders being ready for pick up will be sent to the email that was used when placing the order. Customers must pick orders up within 3 days, unless otherwise discussed. Orders that are ready for pick up are placed in a self-serve storage tote outdoors that is monitored by motion sensor cameras. We are not responsible for products damaged due to prolonged exposure to heat or moisture.

By placing an order and processing payment, you have read the item description and agree to that specific items turn around time.

Turn around times vary based on items ordered and the order volume at the time of ordering.
